I’m Lauren, and I left Biglaw in 2023 to follow my dream of building my own law firm and creating Legal + Wealthy™ for lawyers and law students who know, deep down, that there has to be a better way. A way to build wealth, do meaningful work, and still have a life you actually enjoy. And, guess what. I did it. Our law firm is flourishing and this community means more to me than I can say.
This space is for you if you’re ambitious and human. If you care deeply about your work but don’t want burnout to be the price of success. If you’re ready to design a career—and a life—that feels sustainable, expansive, and true to who you are.

hey, I'm LAUREN!
Hi, I’m Lauren Klein, the Co-Founder and CEO of Flourish Law Group, the creator of Legal + Wealthy™, and the voice behind the Legal + Wealthy™ Podcast.
I’m deeply passionate about helping lawyers and law students build wealth, protect their well-being, and create meaningful legacy—both inside and outside the law.
Over the course of my legal career, I’ve helped clients protect billions of dollars in assets, while also building a thriving, heart-centered legal practice alongside my best friend. Through Legal + Wealthy™, the Society monthly membership, my digital courses, and retreats, I now support a growing global community of law students and lawyers who are prioritizing their mental well-being, designing lives they actually want, and redefining what it means to be successful in the legal profession.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: you don’t have to burn out to build wealth—and you don’t have to walk away from the law to feel fulfilled.
When I’m not running my businesses, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and two young sons, reading as many books as possible, drinking coffee, working out, connecting with friends, or planning my next adventure.

I met my now-husband in a bar the weekend before I started law school.
I could literally read books all day, every day.
I love forcing friends to work out with me.
Our boys are the best thing to ever happen to us and I love being a mom.
